Getting started with CrossFit is simple at Never Falter CrossFit!
The best way to get started is to come over to the box for a free class. No fear, just come try it. We are here to support you and work with you. I promise you will not be disappointed. You will find an inner strength you never imagined existed within you.
For those who wish to join after the first free introductory WOD, we have a required “ON RAMP” course which focuses on the fundamentals of CrossFit….an introduction to CrossFit before new members are ready to take on daily WOD’s with established members. You will learn all there is to now about CrossFit, nutrition, recovery and the fundamental movements. The “ON RAMP” course occurs for the members first two weeks.
Community WOD’s will be held periodically to allow anyone to try what we do!
